Seguridad Social Obligatoria: Un análisis bibliométrico de la producción científica internacional

Abstract
Los sistemas de protección social constituyen un tópico importante de análisis en el terreno de la gestión pública. La finalidad principal de este trabajo es examinar la evolución de la investigación sobre seguridad social obligatoria (2000–2024) mediante análisis bibliométrico de datos Scopus. Los resultados evidencian un aumento sostenido de publicaciones, concentrado en países desarrollados, con vínculos aún limitados con América Latina. La literatura se organiza en tres enfoques: teoría de incentivos, evaluación empírica de políticas y análisis institucional comparado. Además, aparecen nuevos temas como salud mental, género, pobreza y COVID-19. Nuestros hallazgos constituyen un insumo útil para orientar futuras investigaciones y decisiones de políticas públicas.
